About This Course

Course Description: This unit explores risk management within a project environment including issues of: management process identification; analysis and response; types of risk; qualitative and quantitative risk analysis techniques e.g. scoring; sensitivity analysis; probability analysis; Monte Carlo and Utility theory.
Learning Objective: Understand roles and responsibilities in the risk management in project environments. Identify, assess and treat possible project risks. Assess risks both qualitatively and quantitatively.
